Did you know that a glass of cranberry juice cocktail contains 33% more sugar than the same amount of cola? Although it may be more “natural,” fruit juice is still a concentrated source of calories and shouldn’t be consumed in unlimited quantities–by children or adults.
If you drink fruit juice, try diluting it with soda water for a fruity, fizzy drink that’s lower in sugar and calories. (And for soda water that’s cheaper and easier on the environment, try the SodaStream soda maker.)
