Quick Tip: Substitute Quinoa for Gluten-Free Tabouli or Couscous
Tabouli is a popular Middle-Eastern salad made from bulgur wheat, parsley, lemon juice and olive oil. For a gluten-free version, substitute steamed quinoa for the bulgur in your favorite tabouli recipe. Got a favorite Morrocan recipe? Quinoa also makes a nice substitute for couscous (a wheat pasta).
