Your Questions Answered Here
I answer a ton of listener questions on this blog and in my podcast—because so many of the questions that I get are on topics that I know other listeners will be interested in as well. Although I always hope that the person who sent in the question hears the answer and finds it useful, I usually never know for sure.

Thank you, Chau, for taking the time to write again. I’m so glad you found the podcast helpful. And don’t miss this week’s podcast, which is also on the topic of athletes and diet.
