Quick Tip: Allergic to Peanuts? Try Soynut Butter
If a peanut allergy prevents you from enjoying peanut butter, soynut butter may be a good substitute. Despite their name, peanuts aren’t nuts at all. They’re legumes, just like soybeans. Soynut butter has a nutritional profile, texture, and flavor similar to peanut butter. Although the two are in the same botanical family, most people with peanut allergies are not allergic to soy.
