Q. Are some nutrients stored up and time-released better than others? For example, if I get an entire week’s worth of vitamin K from a single kale salad on Sunday, is that vitamin K really doing me any good by the time Saturday rolls around, or did my body flush out all that extra K before I went to bed on Sunday?
