How to Decaffeinate Regular Tea

To reduce the caffeine in regular tea, pour boiling water over the tea leaves or bags and wait 20-30 seconds. Pour off the water and most of the caffeine goes with it. Then, add fresh boiling water to your tea and steep as usual.
