Nutrition Diva’s Fiber Cheat Sheet
How much fiber is in your favorite fresh foods? Because most of these foods don’t come with Nutrition Facts labels, the Nutrition Diva has put together a cheat sheet just for you.

“I absolutely love your podcasts! I recently listened to one in which you reminded listeners of the importance of fiber. Since fruits and veggies don’t have nutrition labels on them, I’m having a hard time tracking my intake. I need some kind of cheat sheet, listing best fiber sources and their respective values.”
Fresh whole foods are a great source of nutrition but, you’re absolutely right: Most don’t come with Nutrition Facts labels! There are lots of free websites and smartphone apps that you can use to look up nutrition information for fresh foods. One of my favorites is Fooducate. Unlike some popular diet trackers, which are cluttered with hundreds of thousands of duplicate (and often innaccurate) user-generated entries, the nutrition information in Fooducate is vetted and verified, so you know that it’s accurate.
But, I’m also happy to create the fresh foods fiber cheat sheet you requested! Bookmark this page for future reference.
