Rescuing Crystallized Honey
After listening to this week’s show, you may want to dig that forgotten jar of honey out of the cupboard. If it’s crystallized, you can re-liquify it by placing it in a large bowl of very hot water. Don’t be tempted to hurry the process by putting it in the microwave, though. Microwaving honey changes the flavor.
