How to Deal with Too Many Meetings?
Block out time in your schedule to complete your actual work and other tasks before you start scheduling meetings. That is especially important if your office uses meeting scheduling software that lets your coworkers look for free time in your schedule. Though that software is convenient for coworkers, it wreaks havoc for you. Make sure enough of your schedule is marked “unavailable” for you to use that time to get your work done! If you rearrange your schedule so you can attend a meeting, don’t delete the block you reserved. Reschedule it to guarantee you still make progress on your real work.
