Quick Tip: Try Social Networking to Achieve Your Fitness Goals!
As soon as you’ve created your goal and the event associated with that goal, such as losing 10 pounds and completing a mini-triathlon on August 1st, then go to your Facebook, Twitter or blog (or create an account now) and tell the world about your goal!
Have a fitness goal? Post it on my Facebook page and motivate yourself by sharing it with the world (or, you know, my followers).
